Buy earphone splitters
They're not so expensive; you will get a 6 way split around INR 150 or so.
Associate the splitter to your audio device's aux output
Associate the earphones with 'opposite working side' in two of the output jacks in the splitter. Ultimately, you going to attach one earphone with the left side working and the other with the right side working.
Wooho ! Your problem is fixed in under Rs 200 !!

To make this into a long-lasting solution, you can cut off the earpiece that's not working in both the earphones you’re using and ensnare the wires of the two working earphones for better looks.
Make sure that you have insulated the wires that you cut off !!
